Sport specific areas

  • Dedicated strength and powerlifting room - full set of rouge & primal calibrated plates. Multiple IPF approved benches and specific bars. Deadlift platform and heavy duty squat racks
  • Strong man room - Featuring 70kg Yoke, farmers bars, loadable dumbbells, axel bars, two sizes of logs, crash pads and sand bags in 50/75/100/125/150KG
  • Functional fitness area featuring ski ergs, air bikes, concept 2 rowers, custom-built wall rigs with pull-up rings, wall balls, slam balls, bumper plates, battle ropes, plyometric jump boxes, speed ropes and custom prowler sled track with prowler and tractor tires
  • Bodybuilding posing suite - a private room with 4 low mirrors and one roof-angled mirror for the perfect back shot. Custom installed down lighting and tripod
